During a cleanup near Clearwater Cove, what began as a standard foam sweep turned into a rescue mission.

Volunteers spotted unusual movement in the brush just above the tide line. Hidden beneath discarded takeout containers and tangled fishing line were 14 baby sea turtles trapped on their way to the water.

Thanks to quick action and coordination with a local marine biologist, the hatchlings were gently freed and guided safely into the sea.

"It was heartbreaking to see how much debris was in their way. But it was also deeply motivating," said Grace, a first-time volunteer.

The experience reaffirmed why cleanups matter — not just for aesthetics, but for life itself.
